1. Booking Confirmation

1.1. A group booking is defined as a reservation for 8 or more individuals.​

1.2. To confirm a group booking, the Group Organiser must complete and sign this agreement and provide a deposit of €50.​

1.3. The remaining balance is due on arrival.​

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cheque payable to “Tramore Water Centre Group CLG.”​

3. Cancellation and Amendments

3.1. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the visit will forfeit the deposit only.​

3.2. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the visit will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking cost.​

3.3. Amendments to the booking (e.g., changes in group size) must be communicated in writing at least 7 days prior to the visit and are subject to availability.​

4. Group Size and Eligibility

4.1. The minimum group size is 8 participants.​

4.2. All participants must adhere to Splashworld’s age and health requirements for specific activities.​

5. Conduct and Supervision

5.1. The Group Organiser is responsible for ensuring all participants comply with Splashworld’s rules and regulations.​

5.2. Adequate adult supervision is required for groups with participants under 18 years of age, with a minimum ratio of 1 adult per 10 children in the water where the children are under 10.​

5.3. Splashworld reserves the right to remove any individual or group not adhering to facility rules without refund.​

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1. Splashworld maintains public liability insurance. A copy of the Evidence of Cover is attached here: Splashworld Public Liability 2024-2025​

6.2. The Group Organiser is advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage for their group, including personal accident and cancellation insurance.​

7. Facilities and Services

7.1. Access to specific facilities and services is subject to availability and may be scheduled by Splashworld to accommodate all patrons.​

7.2. Exclusive use of any area within Splashworld must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional charges.​

8. Health and Safety

8.1. Participants with medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate must inform Splashworld staff in advance.​

9. Data Protection

9.1. Personal information collected in relation to this booking will be used solely for the purposes of managing the booking and will be handled in accordance with Splashworld’s Privacy Policy.​

10. Governing Law

10.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.​

I, the undersigned Group Organiser, have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Group Booking Agreement.
