Group Booking Agreement

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment:

• €50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking
• Final numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before your visit
• Balance payment (based on final numbers at €7.50 per child) can be paid on the day of your visit
• Payment methods accepted: Card, Cash, Cheque, or Bank Transfer/Invoice
• Minimum group size: 20 children; maximum capacity: confirmed at time of booking

Cancellation Policy:

• The €50 deposit is non-refundable
• If Splashworld must cancel due to weather or facility emergencies, full refund or rescheduling will be offered

Participant Requirements:

• The waterpark includes deep water areas and attractions. Schools must ensure all participants have appropriate water confidence and supervision for their swimming ability
• Participants must be aged 8 years or older (or as agreed with Splashworld management)
• Children with medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely must be identified to Splashworld in advance

Supervision & Safety:

• The school must provide adequate adult supervision at all times in accordance with their own child protection and safety policies
• Teachers/supervisors are fully responsible for student behavior, discipline, and group management throughout the visit
• Splashworld provides qualified lifeguards for water safety and general pool area supervision only
• All participants and supervising adults must follow pool rules, safety instructions, and lifeguard directions at all times
• Splashworld reserves the right to remove any individual from the facility for breaching safety rules or displaying dangerous behavior
• The school must ensure adequate changing room supervision appropriate to the age and needs of students

Medical & Special Needs Disclosure:

• The school must inform Splashworld of any medical conditions, disabilities, special needs, or accessibility requirements at the time of booking using the form provided
• The school must have appropriate emergency medication (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens) on-site and accessible during the visit
• The school confirms that parents/guardians have given informed consent for participation

Liability & Insurance:

• The school accepts full responsibility for the adequate supervision and safeguarding of all students throughout the visit
• Parents/guardians have been informed of the activity, associated risks, and any specific requirements (e.g., swimming ability)
• Splashworld maintains public liability insurance and provides qualified lifeguard supervision, but is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from inadequate school supervision, failure to disclose medical conditions, failure to follow safety rules, or any willful misconduct by participants
• The school indemnifies Splashworld against any claims arising from the school's failure to adequately supervise students or disclose relevant medical/behavioral information

Other Terms:

• Splashworld reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (full refund or alternative date offered)
